No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Visitors should not submit bank details, passwords, identification documents or highly sensitive financial records through the initial meeting application.

Personal information will be retained only for as long as reasonably required for the enquiry, relationship, legal, regulatory, security or record-keeping purpose for which it was collected.

Information that is no longer required should be securely deleted, destroyed or anonymised, subject to any legal or regulatory retention obligations.
