Suitable enquiries will be able to select an available meeting time immediately. Other enquiries will be reviewed personally, and a response will normally be provided within two business days.

- Purpose
- The first meeting is an opportunity to understand your position and determine whether there is a suitable basis for working together. It is not a formal financial-needs analysis, and no documents are required beforehand.
- Other attendees
- A spouse, trustee, business partner or other decision-maker is welcome to attend where relevant, but this is not required for the introductory meeting.
- Travel
- Online meetings and meetings at the Johannesburg office are free. Where an in-person meeting requires Gert to travel, reasonable travel costs may apply and will be agreed before the meeting is confirmed.
